Delivering excellent customer service to every customer is the key to success. Our unique blend of disability awareness and customer service training will enable you and your team to exceed all your customers’ expectations. The coaching sessions can be provided with one or two members of staff and the trainer.
Are you concerned that releasing staff for training will be very difficult, if not impossible?
We can develop a tailored solution that can be delivered in 2 hour bite sized sessions.
These can be run:
- after your business trading hours
- at weekends
- integrated into the quieter periods of the working day
We know how important it is to be fully flexible for you.
Coaching sessions can be provided for one to two members of staff at a time.
If you want to train more staff simultaneously, a short workshop can be delivered, which is just as flexible but is more interactive and better suited to working with groups. See our Courses page for more information on workshops.
